The 6 Principles of the Integrative Mind-Body Approach of Pilates.Joseph Pilates originally called his work "Contrology." He considered this to be a body/mind approach to movement founded on the integrative effect of principles such as centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow.

Cancellation Policy

Please be respectful and cancel early (outside of 24 hours before class start time) if you are unable to attend. EARLY & LATE CANCELLATION POLICIES Rotem's Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note for all in studio classes if a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, the class will be charged. Early Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours prior to session start, in order to be considered on time.
